My name is Bethanie, and I am the coordinator for the new Timaru Raise Up Crew. I am 22 years old and have spent most of my life in Timaru.
I love the performing arts and have been heavily involved in the South Canterbury Drama League for the last ten years. I enjoy all things music-related and LOVE animals. I am passionate about helping young people grow and have their voice heard. I aim to help build an open, connected crew who feel supported and inspired.
I am thrilled to help bring the opportunities and excitement of Raise Up to Timaru. This programme offers great chances to grow while creating lifelong skills and friendships. If you are a passionate young person aged 13-18years and are keen to imagine, create and run exciting events, informative workshops, and beneficial community outreaches come and join the Timaru Raise Up Crew!
