My name is Kathy, I am the Coordinator for the Timaru Crew.
I was born in Blenheim (Waiharakeke), my family lived in various towns in the South Island such as Blenheim, Picton, Akaroa, Christchurch, Chatham Islands and then settling in Timaru. I now live with my two sons in Pleasant Point a small town just out of Timaru and enjoying the country life.
I am a proud mum to two amazing sons; Cody works as builder and Ben is farming.
I have been employed at the Y Central South Island as a Youth Worker for 2 ½ years now, I have background in health and fitness also sport coordination.
I am passionate at working alongside Taiohi supporting their health and wellbeing and helping uplift their mana. I love the outdoors, helping the community in various events and functions and supporting the Taiohi with leadership skills.
